About us

Founded in 2004, Dodson grew from humble beginnings as a small automotive repair and upgrade shop to become the world leading brand in aftermarket high-horsepower dual clutch transmission components by the late 2010’s.

With the addition of Booster, a KiwiSaver and Investment manager, as an anchor investor in 2019, Dodson has continued to expand by vertically integrating its supply chain and diversifying into automatic transmission applications and a wide array of global industrial end markets.
